Acceptance of Terms

One Account Policy

Prohibited Conduct

Financial Misconduct

Intellectual Property

All content on the tkbat11 platform — including but not limited to the tkbat11 brand name, logo, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of tkbat11 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tkbat11 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the tkbat11 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any tkbat11 content.
• Use the tkbat11 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
